ive been slacking with my weightloss, if anything ive put more on.
My aim is to be able to feel comfortable on holiday with my friends. i want to be able to wear denim shorts.
i want to wear bikini bottoms and not feel like i should cover up.
i”ll work on the stomach another time, its legs first please.
tonight im gonna go power walking, hopefully once im a bit fitter i’ll speed that walk to a jog, then to a run and keep it up
NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER!!
