I don’t know of any specific diets, but all I have been doing is eating 100% healthy and cutting my normal portions in half or more. :)

eat healthy, but don’t cut out sugar/fat completely. Go out for a walk for 20 mins every day, and then jog for some, etc. But don’t starve :)

try to get 30 minutes of cardio everyday :) atleast 3 water bottles, and 500 jumping jacks a day, too! good luck
