1. shadowninjaa answered: I don’t know of any specific diets, but all I have been doing is eating 100% healthy and cutting my normal portions in half or more. :)
  2. loveyourselfforlife answered: eat healthy, but don’t cut out sugar/fat completely. Go out for a walk for 20 mins every day, and then jog for some, etc. But don’t starve :)
